This diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on the integration of design and functionality, making me an instrumental part of Tensile’s success.

My role at Tensile allows me to leverage my extensive experience in architecture and construction, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. My approach to each project is rooted in a deep understanding of the symbiotic relationship between design and structural integrity, ensuring that Tensile’s projects are not only aesthetically pleasing but also pioneering in their technical achievements.

I’m Zorica Barron and I’m the CFO for Tensile Constructions and I bring to the organization over 40 years of accounting experience.

Before joining Tensile I had worked in various industries from manufacturing to professional and service. I had also been a partner in my own small business and know full well the challenges facing small businesses on a day to day basis.

For me the keys to success are discipline, hard work, honesty, dedication and inclusion. I truly believe you should lead by example and my own personal philosophy is that there is more to the world than me myself and I.

The great thing about working at Tensile is that we have a young, vibrant pool of talented people working for us which makes it an exciting environment to work in. We can all learn from one another and draw on each others experiences and particular talents and this has been part of it’s success.

Currently serving as the General Manager of the Solutions Team at Tensile Design and Construct, Renn is a proven all-rounder, excelling in creative problem-solving and the transformation of concepts into reality.

As a seasoned architect, Renn honed his skill over two decades of experience, this background allows him to integrate tensile structures with the surrounding building elements and stakeholders goals.

What sets Renn apart is his ability to unite diverse teams, fostering collaboration to tackle shared challenges and deliver superior outcomes for end-users.

Kade is an adept professional in the intricate landscape of niche construction projects. Drawing on his experience in spearheading specialised projects and emphasizing stakeholder collaboration to bring complex ideas into tangible reality. Kade promotes a culture of ownership, accountability, safety and growth within the operations team that sets a standard for excellence in our project delivery.
